Muslims from all across the country and world come here to worship for the attainment of their wish. Muslims offer cloth sheet, ghilaph and neema to the shrine.

A member of the Chistis starts the celebration by hosting a white flag. The ritual is succeeded by opening the gates of heaven which is called the Jannati- Darwaza. It is believed that by crossing the gates of Jannati Darwaja seven times will fix their place in heaven. The tomb is purified by sandalwood paste and rose water and sweet fragrance perfume is sprinkled. Professional singers called qawwals sing in groups in praise of the saint.
