The National Buffalo event celebrates the chicken wing of buffalo style. This festival is for the lovers of chicken wings to take part in Buffalo Wing Eating Contest. It began in 2002 inspired from the fictitious movie “Osmosis Jones” by Drew Cerza who was called by The Buffalo News as Wing King. It takes place each year on the Labor Day Weekend in the month of September in Buffalo, New York at the Coca-Cola Field every year in the United States.

Several people participate in a two day event where the famous competitions of the Buffalo Wing Eating Contest, Miss Buffalo Wing and National Wing Sauce-Off Competition are held.
