The Northwest Folklife Festival was established in 1971 to encourage the growth of the cultural heritage of communities in Pacific Northwest. It is held on Memorial Day weekend usually in month of May in Seattle, Washington in North America.

The four day festival is dedicated to visual artists, dancers, musicians and tradition bearers who display their skills and talents. The showcases of the show are as follows:
