The West Side Nut Club was established by a small group of businessmen and merchants in 1921 to promote the western side of Evansville. The maximum members of the club were 300. It enrolls in priceless causes and donates fund to the local educational institutions as well as for sponsoring the Fall Festival. The first festival was celebrated in 1924. It is celebrated during the first week of October in Evansville, Indiana in the United States.

It is one of the biggest festivals in the United States that attracts tourists to inspect the food fair and carnival rides. There are several music and dance performance by local bands and youths in a week long festival.
